The RGV Hispanic Chamber of Commerce introduces additional incentives for its membership. New opportunities for current members to learn or enhance their skills from the diverse collection of businesses, non-profits, and individuals that make up the chamber. The first installment of the "Member to Member Workshops" will be through Google Hangout and comes from Greenlight Creative.
