Studies have shown that spending time with family can help reduce stress and anxiety, lead to a healthier lifestyle and lengthen your life. This July, South Texas Health System® invites you to come together as a family at our Transform Your Life Health & Wellness Fair!

Taking place amid the peaceful surroundings at Texas A&M Higher Education Center, you’ll get to take part in FREE activities that focus on the mind, body and spirit, as well as learn more about health and wellness resources available in the community.

Activities include:
• Zumba, yoga, boxing, and more
• Healthy cooking demonstrations & healthy food sampling
• Meditative activities, including rock painting
