South Texas Health System is thrilled to bring expanded healthcare services to the residents in the City of Pharr and the surrounding communities beginning this October with the opening of its seventh freestanding emergency department, South Texas Health System ER Pharr.
 
Located near the intersection of Ridge and Cage roads, STHS ER Pharr will be a full-service emergency room capable of providing round-the-clock care for adult and pediatric patients. Additionally, the facility will offer outpatient diagnostic and laboratory services for adults and children.
 
To mark the official grand opening of the $14.3 million facility, please join us for a special ceremony on the STHS ER Pharr grounds on Thursday, October 3. Along with taking part in a special ribbon-cutting ceremony, you’ll have the opportunity to tour the facility.
